Important Notes for Clients
1- A 5,000 EGP non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
2- Events outside Cairo will include extra transportation and accommodation fees (to be calculated based on location).
3- Additional hours beyond the package coverage are charged at 3,000 EGP/hour.
4- Raw photo files are available upon request for an extra 5,000 EGP.
5- Raw video files (if applicable) are available for an extra 5,000 EGP.
Additional Notes
1- Final edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery within four weeks.
2- Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the event day.
3- Package upgrades or add-ons must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event.
4- If the event time exceeds the agreed package, extra hours will be automatically billed.
5- We do not provide unedited photos unless the raw files are purchased separately.
6- The photographers will arrive 30–60 minutes before the scheduled starting time to prepare.
